Week 1 to sold. Here's what that actually looks like.

Most sellers dread the process because they don't know what's coming. We fix that on day one. You'll know exactly what's happening, when it's happening, and why — from the first call to the day you hand over the keys.

Months 1–2 — Prepare
Discovery, Documents & Deep Prep

Survey ordered (often required after 15+ years), title search initiated, mortgage discharge confirmed, estate documents or probate paperwork gathered if needed.
